We use Royal Mail as our shipping provider. 

On our Standard Shipping service, orders will be shipped within 2-3 working days, on a 48 hour tracked service.

U.K. customers, please note Royal Mail will not leave parcels unattended unless specifically authorised to do so.

Customers will receive a tracking number via email, and updates on the delivery day.

If any delays arise with shipping please contact us, and customers may also follow up directly with Royal Mail through the tracking information. 

We endeavour to use mostly recycled/recyclable packaging materials where possible. We often reuse packing materials we have received ourselves, in order to extend their use and life. All items are packed in recycled cardboard boxes. Fragile items are packed in recycled bubble wrap and air bags which provide protection inside the cardboard boxes. These measures ensure a very low carbon footprint for our packing service.
