• Returns

    We endeavour to provide honest representations of our products. However as we have so many handmade pieces, items will sometimes inevitably vary from the images on the website. We check each piece carefully prior to shipping, to ensure we are sending products in prime condition. Items are carefully packed by our team in order to reach customers safely.

    Change of mind:

    If customers have changed their mind and would like to return a product, they have 28 days from the date of receiving the delivery for their order to be returned to us. We ask customers to contact us atshop@inkeeping.co.ukto notify us of a return within 14 days of receiving it, alongside their order number. Please note that we cannot reimburse the postage costs of returning an item. We regret that we do not receive correspondence from customers on the aforementioned timeframe we will not be able to process a refund.

    Damaged items:

    On a rare occasion a customer may receive a damaged item. In such instances customers must contact us atshop@inkeeping.co.ukwithin 3 days of receiving their order. We will cover the cost of returns, and ensure to send a replacement or issue a refund to customers as soon as possible. Photographs of any damaged items must be sent in the email notifying us of the issue. We regret that if we do not receive correspondence from customers on the aforementioned timeframe we will not be able to process a refund or place a replacement.
